Decision Making Models
- kjhughes 4y agoThis piece is poorly written. Run-on sentences obscure a total absence of coherent points of novelty or useful description of past decision making work. It demands effort to read and delivers nearly nothing[1] in return. From the byline: This is where I share my random thoughts on organisation, technology and mindset related to digital transformation. Might be a bit random at start, but maybe it will eventually turn into something cohesive. I gave the author the benefit of the doubt and read on. I recommend you don't make the same mistake. Cohesiveness is nowhere in sight. ___ [1] In the spirit of trying to identify something worthwhile, links for two (undiscussed, unfortunately) decision frameworks are included at the end of the post: * Cynefin: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cynefin_framework https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cynefin_framework * Six thinking hats: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six_Thinking_Hats https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six_Thinking_Hats
