Why this company does not bucket leaves in different categories
- elmerfud 4y agoVery interesting and progressive move by this company. I'm interested to hear about the actual application, because the article seems to imply that women need extra time of and extra work flexibility, but they want to keep all this gender neutral. So, even without buckets will managers ask for reasons or is the leave just granted. If a man takes as much time as the woman will this be ok too? Bold progressive polices like this are great to see in a workplace, especially in India. Will polices like this fix the underlying human/cultural issues? With humans implementing the policies that's an important consideration. Still a good move forward.
