- Schroedingersat 4y agoIf they hadn't built solar panels then all of the surrounding areas wouldn't have lost power. -- All of the people making the same argument about Europe's gas and nuclear shortage probably.

- radu_floricica 4y ago"community designed from ground up to resist hurricanes manages to resist a hurricane". Well, yeah. Still a data point in favor of solar, because you'd naively expect them to be damaged by very high winds. But I guess they're resilient enough.
