Usually the player who is losing is the one who more strongly prefers to run it more than once. That's just an observation of mine based on watching a lot of hands. Monetarily, there's no difference whether you run it once or twice. It just lowers variance. I'm not sure what you're disagreeing with. She literally says it, I'm not reading into anything.
