Just the other day my wife misread our bread roll recipe and added too much water to the flour. I'm glad, I know bakers math and I'm good at mental arithmetic, so the dough could be rescued easily.
- sircastor 4y agoOnce when I was a kid I was attempting to make Croissants and I misread a recipe and added 3 Tablespoons of salt instead of 3 teaspoons (and for anyone who doesn’t know the math offhand, I put in 9 teaspoons of salt). Suffice to say, they did not turn out.
