I think the actual issue is that the files showed up in the search, allowing the user to do something that would lead to disastrous consequences. How did that happen from a temporary profile? Why does that temporary profile have access rights to the previous profile? Also, I'm not entirely certain that Windows automatically deletes temporary profiles.
