- missedthecue 4y agoI think he's implying that the immigration system as it presently exists primarily brings in a class of person that is unlikely to work at Tim Hortons, but likely to be a customer of Tim Hortons. This exacerbates the waiting times. That said, I do not live in North America. I am inferring from context.
