windows didn't drop them into a temporary user profile; the user did that.
windows assumes that you know what you're doing when you move files around. everyone loses their minds when it doesn't make this assumption.
- detaro 4y agoHow did the user actively drop themselves into a temporary user profile?
- unnouinceput 4y agoYou'd be amazed how people just drag'n'drop stuff they don't understand, and given that in Windows you're the "root" (Administrator) all the time, then you can guess how easy was that.
- detaro 4y agothat's clearly not what the original line meant by "drop into".
- naikrovek 4y agothe user dropped the FILES into a temporary user profile. Windows tells you when it logs you into a temporary user profile. it doesn't do that silently.
