Why do you need a process? Try just living
- ChildOfChaos 4y agoBecause I don't know what the heck I am doing if I do that. I end up just living in mediocrity and not doing much and not knowing what to do or what I should work on. I end up just stuck and getting older and browsing the internet all day.
- version_five 4y agoI think I can relate - I've realized though that I basically never got anywhere from thinking about stuff, and that action is better than planning. It doesn't mean just doing random stuff, but it does mean not overthinking and just getting on with ideas I have. Likely unhelpful but so is the idea that there is some formula you can follow that will help you manage your life.
- ChildOfChaos 4y agoYou make a good point. I guess I made this post because I saw a lot of posts starting to pop up about peoples systems and I looked at them and thought ughhh. Everytime I try and sit down to 'think' I just tend to get overwhelmed, go round in circles and get confused / lost / unhappy. The only solution I ever arrive at in these moments, is usually just to give up and go do some things I know I should do. So it's interesting that you say that.
