My point is just that this one particular puff piece contained an error, and that the nature of this error and the background of the (putative) author make it seem unlikely that he could have made that error. So it seems to me that the most likely explanation is that the "author" had this ghostwritten, and didn't read it over as carefully as he might have before posting it.
