Thanks, I agree, 'the only way' is probably too absolute a phrasing. I do wonder if the reason we see clusters is because they are the largest, and arguably the most publicized, registrar in the U.S., and in terms of market share, the world.

He said on the page that it apparently involved a Gmail hack of some kind, so even if it's not "the only way", it sounds like it was how it was stolen in this case.
