There are friend groups, companies, and places where people are kind to each other, and if someone comes in playing dominance hierarchy games (is this what you mean by 'toxic masculinity?) they will be politely redirected, and eventually shown the door. There are good situations out there, and as you get older you may gain the ability to explore more and find one.
