I've worked from home since 2011 with no issues, but having a 3 year old in the house made it impossible to focus on anything of importance.
- phpisthebest 4y agoWait.... if you could not focus then were you really working? this is one of the biggest drawbacks I see, people wfh having less productivity because they are focusing on their personal responsibilities and not their professional ones likely meaning co-workers are picking up the slack to get the work done.
