I will never buy a vehicle that contains any kind of OTA capability. Presently, I think that means buying an old model ICE vehicle, as it seems current model years have all embraced that bullshit. I am certain that no EV will ever run fully offline. In that regard, true consumer car “ownership” seems to be coming to an abrupt end.
