- doctor_eval 4y agoBe honest with yourself about your weaknesses, and try to hire people who can fill in for them. But don't ever give them control over your vision.
- ClumsyPilot 4y agothis sounds like it doesn't come from a place of enlightenment. It sounds like it stems from insecurity. People on shrooms have visions too. Putin doesn't let anyone control his vision. Both would be better off listening
