Its strange, but I find myself agreeing with Musk heavily on the direction of Twitter. Twitter has a lot of potential but major cultural and directional change is needed at the company, it's become too much of echo chamber for one demographic being progressive liberals and cancel culture. In the early days of twitter, one of my former companies had ALOT of success with niche lead conversions to their SAAS. Twitter used to be a critical part of their sales funnel. I used to be able look at customer conversion data, and tell exactly what year the target market started checking out of twitter. I think there is still a strong market for extremely short-form content like tips/tricks, daily anecdotes, jokes, etc for users. We all have times in the day , where we are stuck waiting for a couple mins for something like a keurig or starbucks. This is where short-form content is king, and can drive engagement effectively to other services.
