How do you teach people a new workflow? (put link in by accident, comments only)
- fdezmero 4y agoHi all, Sometimes you find a solution to a problem that is easy for people but requires them to do something they have never done. It’s about changing their typical workflow. I know that this is just a matter of educating people but does anyone have some good ways of going about this? Thanks, Frank
- ThalesX 4y agoI've also had the idea to add QR codes to Instagram pictures and when talking to potential customers, it fit none of their preferred flows. I've often heard what you say, "it's just a matter of educating people", especially from marketing folks, but where is the humbleness of being educated by potential customers into their current workflows and inserting a product into that, instead of trying to change their flows - which most often doesn't translate all that well into real life - enhances them? I also find the direct link to your product, without a direct relationship to the title to be a bit disingenious.
