- "Hey, don't point that gun at anything you don't want to kill!"
- "I would never! I'm pointing the gun towards the sky, you can't kill the sky! Har har!"
- falcolas 4y agoBallistic trajectory. They’re still pointing the gun at someone, it’s just outside of their line of sight. (Untrained) Folks forget that bullets are affected by gravity too.
- kortex 4y ago1. The gun is always loaded 2. Don't point at anything you aren't willing to destroy 3. Booger hook off the bang button until you are ready to bring the heat 4. Know your target and what's behind it Even with misinterpreting 2 as "I'm pointing at 'nothing'", well you still need to know what is behind that nothing.
- rcoveson 4y ago(3) is "finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot", seeing as (0) is "this is not a joke, this is not for fun, guns are not for anything but killing". If you're teaching kids gun safety, the spirit of your delivery matters at least as much as the content.
- h2odragon 4y agoGood point, but there's also the fact that when someone inserts "booger hook" into a life and death serious lesson, it makes it more memorable.
