- noirbot 4y agoIs it leaked? I was under the impression this was stuff that came out in discovery for the current lawsuit. Either way, at Muck/Dorsey's level, you have to assume that anything you're just sending as a normal text on a device associated with you is something that may end up public at some point for some reason. Which isn't to say it is a public statement, but that it's closer to an email you send your coworker on your work email. You assume that someone other than you at least can read this, and that if required, it would be made public.
