- nyanpasu64 4y agoTo be fair, this HP consumer laptops did come with a lot of preinstalled bloatware malware, some which even lacked uninstallers. But IIRC the Notepad crash persisted after a so-called clean Windows reinstall from Settings, which removed most bloatware apps but not advertising shortcuts in the Start menu and etc.
