As someone who is yet to have the chance to use Lua but heard about it a lot, I'm very happy to read this article. It's so useful to hear how a programming language should be used. Understanding the philosophy behind the language and what are the use cases for it are super helpful when you want to select the right language for the job. Unfortunately it is so common today to skip these important details when describing a language. Even the official lua.org website doesn't include the "toolkit" description, and puts the focus on the language's traits, which are only half helpful. Thank you so much for the article!
