I used to play with binaural beats. I knew I had the right frequency when I could almost hear what the voices inside the brown noise were saying :)
- BatteryMountain 4y agoHaven't played with them for a couple of years but can remember my "sweet spot" was when it sounded like the sound is coming from the center of my brain, not from from a left or right ear, not from the environment. It's a weird physical feeling, almost the same feeling I get from a small dose of psilocybin. Head feels slightly heavier too, esp near the backside. Eventually I stopped playing with binaural beats because I felt it does affect my brain in some way but I didn't know if it was good or bad, but my instinct at the time told me to stop.
