The first problem will be to prove who did it. After that, I do not think it will be "free".
- capableweb 4y agoNordics/baltic states have bunch of surveillance in the Baltic Sea since forever, as Russia has been discovered time and time again to do their own surveillance there. I guess we just have to wait until evidence gets served from any of the states around the sea.
