My naive 2 cents:
1. Knowing others salary is not a right
2. Employer should have the option to be transparent or not. You can incentivize it, but better not force it.
- presentation 4y agoThis law doesn't result in 1), and 2) is the status quo, where practically no employer ever chooses to be transparent—the typical worker is the loser here.
