this point is even more poignant when taking into account scalability and elasticity.
Our usage of Azure/O365/AWS saved us a lot of time staff and money during our make it or break it growth period. now we're a lot bigger and more stable we're having to reconsider allowing MS/Amazon bending us over the barrel quite so much.
