I guess I'm uncomfortable with adding all of these restrictions and hoops to hiring people. I worry that it is a death-by-a-thousand-cuts situation, and employers will be motivated to look to alternatives, like robots and offshore centers.

- jmugan 4y agoSure, but with every new hoop and restriction we tilt the scales further.
- diob 4y agoYeah, reminds me of how they fight against raising minimum wage saying robots are going to take jobs, but where are we now? There still aren't enough workers, and turns out robots are hard.
