- kesslykaes 4y agoPretty cool, might be a good replacement to Ipads for note taking in college. Although, not sure if it's better.
- nanomonkey 4y agoPlease, please let me use a keyboard (usb ideally, but bluetooth would work) and run emacs. My wish list would be finally complete.
- Kaibeezy 4y agoMy understanding is that a refresh rate high enough to make typing bearable wipes out the energy saving advantage of e-ink, and that ghosting would be excessive. Has anyone used one of the e-ink monitors? What’s that experience like?
- nanomonkey 4y agoIf it's fast enough to draw on, then it should be fast enough to give a decent typing experience. Maybe I just need to get a large Sharp memory lcd screen and be done with it.
- hiidrew 4y agoLooks like a remarkable competitor? Wonder how it compares. I wonder how far, if ever, we are from a successful e-ink phone or laptop. I know some exist today but I wonder if they could ever gain size-able market share.
