From manual's page 8, under "Grooming & Guest Relations":
Remember that you see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, except to answer a question directed at you. Respect their privacy
From manual's page 11, under "Answering the Phone":
Unless otherwise instructed, NEVER disclose Mr Epstein or Ms Maxwell's activities or whereabouts to anyone. If the caller is insistent, you simply ask to take a message, a time and a number, where the caller can be reached. Do not be bullied and do not show any reaction or impatience, simply be firm.
- mwint 4y agoI wonder how unique this is amongst other rich people, or if it sounds bad to us because we know the full story.
- anakaine 4y agoI'd say it's not particularly unique. The entire document is quite thorough and prescriptive on each topic regarding maintaining the household and staff. The items listed are right alongside basic deporture. That said, they did stick out when I read them, but likely because we already know the truth about how that setup was used to nefarious ends.
- rat9988 4y agoHonestly they don't sound nefarious at all. It's actually what I would expect from their service.
