How does electric aviation compare with biofuel-based combustion? Doesn't the state of technology require a quantum leap for it to be viable at scale? Something about energy density of battery systems. I think the idea is really neat, but are we focusing too much capital and talent on something that should really be solved with, say, rail systems?
