The SMS provider is currently Twilio. You can contribute services to the micro/services repo and they will be hosted on M3O. I welcome a sort of collaborative approach to that. We used to enable each user to have a *.m3o.dev subdomain to host their own but that product grew too slowly, so shifted focus entirely to serving through this one pipeline.
