We've been working on setting up Cloudflare Zero Trust for a team of ~100. We are moving away from a traditional OpenVPN + IP Allow Listing. I'd say the biggest pain point is that there is no way to route traffic over a tunnel at the hostname level without having Cloudflare MITM the traffic.
