How does HN make a hybrid setup work great with meetings where some people join remotely and others are in the office? My supervisor now insists on taking meetings via zoom (on his own) if anyone is not in the office even though half of the team is there and conference video tech is available, which I find super uncourteous and super draining. He says he doesn’t see a difference between meetings in person and online, beyond „socializing“ or „hanging out with you“.
