Why would you do this to save $0.25? So you're saving .25% a rounding error. Most people have bigger fish to fry... Oh, but what about scale? What if I'm processing 1MM a day? You negotiate a new fee because you're xx% of their business. For the little guys it's not worth the hassle, for the big guys it's probably easier just to call them.
