- LawTalkingGuy 4y agoYes, they could. They'd just declare that people freezing to death in hospitals is worse than the currently theoretical danger of nukes. But the EU cannot buy gas that doesn't have a pipeline. Not only will this keep Germany from lapsing in support but it frees all the resources they'd have wasted in-fighting about the issue.
