Where Do Bad Managers Come From?
- FrankWilhoit 4y agoBad managers come from responsibility-without-authority, which comes from a climate of unaccountability. They also come from the notion that "management" is a distinct and universal skill, whereas in fact what is needed is the ability to inspect work product in a specific context and reject what is not good enough.
