1) From what I have heard their consumer customer support services are non-existent to poor, yet so many people rely on them. 2) When I downloaded my Google data it really gave me a shock of the amount of data they have on me considering I take lots of steps to increase privacy, some of the data was data that I had manually deleted over 3 years ago, yet they still stored it on a server, really makes me question their motives as keeping that much unnecessary data cannot be good for the environment 3) Owning an Android phone is a curse, Android phones home and collects so much data using "Android serveries" which most apps like Uber rely on to function, it restricts what the user can do up to the point where Android being open source is useless I really thought Google was better than this as they labelled themselves as super progressive and human oriented yet they are ONLY progressive when it benefits them and not their users Sure, they aren't ByteDance, but they aren't something good, to me atleast
