Is there something that will prevent Medium pages from scrolling to the top when you reload the page?

why do you want to reload a page that you are currently on? if you want to go quickly to top/bottom of a page just use home/end keys

Well it comes up most often when I restart Firefox. When I switch back to the tab, it reloads it and loses my place.
