Thanks, These are great sources, the main issue is sending video files to the outside so a surrogate (a news agency) can post the video on a platform. I guess google had this project Loon, but it would be easy for Iran to shut it down because they have drones and long-range missiles. The idea of creating an encrypted peer-to-peer network is great too, the kind of network that carrier nodes can't open a file until it gets to the destination, not sure if we have such capability. I actually liked the idea of a peer-to-peer dial-up internet network, If we don't have such a thing I will be happy to start one. How can phones transmit data as voice?
