- gpm 4y agoI believe Google Play is still available in Russia [1], just not the billing part. Since these are free apps that doesn't impact them. Regardless, whether or not you allow Russian users to download apps is an independent question or whether or not you allow anyone to download these particular apps. As I understand it Apple's action is world wide. It does appear that the apps in question are still available from Google (though I didn't try installing them...)
