I run a mixture of SharpEnviro, Emerge Desktop, and a couple of ahk UIs, (clock, alt-tab, cpu monitor) it's a bit odd looking. No start menu just a bunch of desktop icons, Dopus is probably the closest thing to a start menu/launcher I have.
