I've moved into a newly constructed apartment building (construction completed in June this year) about 13km from Stockholm. There are zero chargers in the parking lot they also built from ground up, and there are none planned anywhere in the vicinity. For the absolute vast majority of the world, even in the richest countries, EVs are a pipe dream, and will take another decade to be even remotely viable on scale.
