My own experience has been that upper level executives are the most frequent job hoppers.
- TecoAndJix 4y agoI was told in a business ethics class that the average tenure of executives is 6-8 years. The professor did not think this was optimal as consequences of their decisions were not yet apparent by the time of their exit.
