Commuting costs me 25€ each day. So if I can stay home 3 days a week I can save 300€ each months covering big part of my utility costs. In terms of salary it’s ~7000€ plus what in my situation is not doable anymore as salaried employee. I really don’t mind my employer giving my desk for the rest of the week to somebody else. There are no colleagues in my group who want to sit 5 days a week in the office anymore.
