When most people are sitting on 2%-3% mortgage APR, it possibly won’t happen.
- bombcar 4y agoYeah, companies can run for a long time with low income, and individuals really hate selling at a loss, even if they end up dumping tons of “good money after bad”. I could see people just holding and waiting (which is what I think is going to be the main thing happening).
