These are very weak arguments. Uranium is plentiful all over the world, it just isn't currently mined in the West because it's so cheap to buy. And Nuclear reactors can be designed to work without large supplies of fresh water. Even if they were good arguments, Nuclear isn't just slightly better than solar/wind, so some problems don't change the conclusion.
