- Arnt 4y agoTo shoot at Ukraine. Why should he shoot at Ukraine, you might ask, considering that he's obviously losing? Well, Putin doesn't think he's obviously losing, and from that it follows that in Putin's opinion he needs weapons and ammo to shoot at Ukraine.
