After one delay of five hours, the flight attendant came by offering a tiny bag or pretzels (with four pretzels) or a cookie. When I said “both” I got “it’s one or the other”. I reminded her that this flight was five hours late, I missed my business dinner, and we would not be landing until 1am after all the restaurants were closed. I got both, but honestly…how tone deaf does your employees need to be?
