I am a small user, I tried ovh but their support is awful, and their product is simultaneously super buggy. You'll be able to get support from a human way faster with AWS and you'll have fewer problems anyway because their product isn't crap.
You can easily search and find how poorly rated they are
- busterarm 4y agoI pretty much agree with you, but wouldn't apply the same to Google. Their product is not as good, their documentation is often out of date and they believe in "move fast and break things" rather than offer a stable product to their customers. Even paying for a support contract, I would say that their support is hit or miss, but at least I can raise alarms to my TAM and they can get me an engineer to deal with a problem if we truly need it.
