I've been an Android user since day 1 and had never used an iPhone until about a year ago when my company replaced my work phone (Android) with an iPhone. It took me two months before I realized there is a difference between swiping down from the top on the left and swiping down from the top on the right. I don't think Android is necessarily better though - I simply have more experience with it.
