Not surprising. US airlines are pretty terrible. The aircraft are underwhelming and the staff are often rude. It’s like their attitude is you should feel happy they’ve let you fly on their plane today… barking orders at people and treating you like cattle. Transcontinental flights in wide body aircraft and you get a pack of crackers and a soda served with an attitude. Delta is probably the best in the US. But those at the top of that list are in a whole different league of air travel, even in economy.
